Payments
We accept payments via Razorpay and Cash on Delivery (COD). Online payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways. We do not store full card details.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India and offer international shipping where applicable. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location and customs clearance for international orders. Import duties and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Returns and exchanges are subject to product condition (unused, original packaging, tags intact). Refunds for prepaid orders are processed after product inspection and may take 3–7 business days depending on banking timelines.
Warranty
